Better blooms start closer to home.
Our Story
Hi, I’m Sarah—founder, grower, and floral enthusiast behind Sweet Brier Florals. While I didn’t grow up with a passion for gardening (despite my mom’s best efforts!), something changed when we moved to Brier, a small, quiet town just north of Seattle. Our new home came with four mature peony bushes, and those first blooms sparked something in me. I was officially hooked.
Since then, I’ve fallen deeply in love with growing flowers and have slowly transformed our yard into a space full of seasonal color, fragrance, and life. Along the way, I’ve been inspired and encouraged by the work of other local flower growers, whose passion and knowledge helped shape my own journey.
When I’m not chasing around our four kids or helping my husband with our small business, you can usually find me in the garden, digging, planting, or just admiring what’s in bloom.
Sweet Brier Florals is my way of sharing that joy with others, through fresh, locally grown flowers, a self-serve neighborhood stand, and seasonal classes for anyone who wants to get their hands in the dirt.
Thanks for stopping by. I’m so glad you’re here.
Stay tuned…
Sweet Brier Florals is just getting started, and we’re looking forward to growing a little flower-loving community along the way. In the near future, we hope to offer seasonal workshops. From bouquet making and holiday wreaths to deep dives into dahlias, we imagine creating a space where neighbors and new friends can come together, learn something fun, and leave with flowers in hand.
We also plan to offer dahlia tubers in the spring and plant starts throughout the year, all grown right here in our garden.
